Commands, NPCs, and Addons Reference

A single lookup page for the commands, custom NPC entries, item IDs, and addon aliases used across From the Ashes.

Status: LIVE — the player commands and NPCs below match the live realm. Limited and Disabled components are labeled inline. Staff-only: .ip, .arena, .auctionator, /dloot add, /dloot gmadd, and AzerCoreOps mutations are not player commands.

At a glance

• Player server commands are dot commands typed in chat: .xp, .aoeloot, .junktogold, .npcbot, .altbot, .botdoll, .gearbank, and the usable .transmog variants.
• Player slash commands mostly open custom addon windows: /rbank, /reforge, /tmog, /oaths, /xglyph, /pals, /tw, /gbank, /dip, /dloot, and /bonusloot.
• .ipstage get, .ipstage set <0-18>, and .ipstage cost are player commands. They can switch between earned stages, not unlock unearned ones. The staff progression family is .ip, not .ipstage.
• .arena is staff-only. There is no player .bg, .wg, .queue, or .pvp dot command.
• .ah and .repair are disabled. Repair at a vendor and use the Auction House NPC service.
• .transmog portable fails. The Transmogrification addon still supports the NPC service, but the Plus module is disabled.
• NPC entries are templates, not promises of a spawn. Ling, Warpweaver, Master Reforger, and the Wintergrasp quartermasters have no confirmed static spawn.
• The Wintergrasp vendor loop is absent. Do not plan a shopping trip around the WG quartermaster templates.
• Arena Commendation 844115 has no vendor or scripted consumer. Treat it as a record item.
• Trapjaw Rix is 34087. Do not substitute item entry 34787.

How to use this page

1. Find the system first. Each command table links to the document that explains its limits.
2. Check the label. Player, Limited, Disabled, and Staff-only are not interchangeable.
3. Copy the exact syntax. Optional arguments are shown in <angle brackets>; alternatives are separated by |.
4. An NPC ID is not a location. If the spawn column says “no confirmed spawn,” the entry is not normally reachable.
5. Addon commands require the addon. If a slash command does nothing, check 24 — UI and addons before assuming the server feature is broken.
6. Do not guess commands. If a command is not here or in its linked document, it is not a documented player command.

Commands & UI

Player commands come first. Staff-only entries are marked in the status column.

Experience and convenience

.xp view	Player	Show your current personal XP rate and whether XP is disabled.
.xp set <0.1-5>	Player	Set the character’s XP rate. Examples: .xp set 2, .xp set 2.5.
.xp default	Player	Return to the realm default, 1x.
.xp enable	Player	Resume XP gain at the saved rate.
.xp disable	Player	Stop XP gain entirely. This is not .xp set 0.
.aoeloot on	Player	Enable nearby-corpse area looting for this login session.
.aoeloot off	Player	Disable area looting for this login session.
.junktogold on	Player	Sell newly looted grey items at vendors for this login session.
.junktogold off	Player	Stop automatic junk sales for this login session.
.repair	Disabled	The command is present but switched off. Use a repair vendor or repair mount.
.ah	Disabled	No remote Auction House. Use an Auction House NPC; PaperDollAH is disabled.

There is no .xp max, no .xp reset, and no NPC for XP changes. The maximum is 5x, the minimum is 0.1x, and Oath of Slow and Steady locks .xp set while active. See 09 — Experience rates.

/xprate <0.1-5> is an addon wrapper that sends .xp set; it does not expand the range. /setxpbar opens the bar display options.

NPCBots and altbots

The NPCBot gear bank is a different system and is disabled. Use .botdoll equip from your bags. An active Oath on a character blocks that character from being used as an altbot. Unfallen, Adversity, and Underdog block NPCBots at all levels; Dungeoneer blocks them from level 17. See 15 — NPCBots and 10 — Oaths.

.botdoll is the server command family; /botdoll and /npcbotdoll open the addon window. See 15 — NPCBots.

Transmogrification and progression

.transmog portable	Disabled	Fails because Plus is disabled. Portable transmog is not available.
/dip, /dinkleip	Player	Open the visual progression selector.
.ipstage get	Player	Show current and highest selectable progression stage.
.ipstage set <0-18>	Player	Switch to a valid earned stage. Cannot unlock ahead; stage 11 is invalid.
.ipstage cost	Player	Show whether a stage change costs currency. Currently free.
.ip get, .ip set <0-18>, .ip tele, .ip setbot, .ip setrep, .ip pvp, .ip attune	Staff-only	GM progression controls. .ip setrep is currently disabled.

The player commands are dot commands, not /ipstage. Stage changes can rewind within earned stages but cannot skip ahead; log out and back in afterward. See 08 — Individual progression.

PvP and economy staff commands

There is no player .bg, .wg, .queue, or .pvp dot command. There is no player .ah. See 21 — PvP and 22 — Auction House and economy.

RaidComp has no slash command. Open it from its Titan/broker icon or addon options. /qtip is not a RaidComp or CraftCourier command; it is the embedded LibQTip diagnostic, and RaidComp owns it when both load. See 24 — UI and addons.

Artifacts, the Lightforged Warframe, the Arena Commendation, and the weapon caches are not normal player rewards. See 13 — Special items and artifacts, 18 — World discoveries and events, and 23 — Loot and rewards.

Commands that do not exist for players

• No .ipstage tele, .ipstage attune, .ipstage setbot, .ipstage setrep, or .ipstage pvp. Those are GM .ip subcommands, not player commands.
• No player .arena, .bg, .wg, .queue, or .pvp dot command. /pvp is a normal slash flag toggle.
• No .ah. No remote Auction House, and no PaperDollAH button.
• No .repair. Use a vendor or repair mount.
• No .sololfg, .lfg, .dungeon, .instance, .reset, or .resetraid. SoloLFG and the custom raid browser are disabled.
• No .discovery, .season, .holiday, .time, or player .event command. Discoveries and TimeCycle are passive systems.
• No .dreamway, .glider, .fly, or .teleport. Use a Dreamway pedestal or a glider item.
• No .npcbot spawn. Disabled. No player .npcbot fix. GM-only.
• No .transmog portable. The command fails because Plus is disabled.
• No .additem, .gobject add, or .learn for players. Staff tools.
• No /qtip player feature. It is the LibQTip diagnostic.
• No player reset command for dungeons, raids, or instances.

Limits and configuration

• NPC templates with no spawn: Ling 290011, Warpweaver 190010, Master Reforger 200004, Knight Dameron 32294, Stone Guard Mukar 32296, Marshal Magruder 39172, Champion Ros’slai 39173.
• XP: .xp range is 0.1–5; default 1; reputation is separately 2x. Slow and Steady locks .xp set.
• AoE loot: 55 yards, 10 additional corpses, per-login session, starts enabled.
• Junk to Gold: newly looted grey items only, per-login session; use .junktogold off before looting a keeper.
• NPCBots: hire base cost 100 gold at 80; .npcbot spawn disabled; NPCBot gear bank disabled; active Oaths block altbots.
• Portable transmog: disabled by EnablePlus=0; NPC transmog remains available.
• Remote Auction House: disabled; .ah is off and PaperDollAH hides itself.
• Quartermaster Ledger: disabled; use a normal quartermaster NPC.
• Arena Commendation: no vendor or scripted sink. Do not call it spendable currency.
• Wintergrasp: enabled as a battle, but the usual quartermaster vendor loop is absent.
• Well of Eternity: progression stage 10 gate and no public entrance; staff must place the raid.
• Hall of Thanes: entrance and map only; no encounters or completion state.
• Discovery counts: 391 templates, 539 spawns, 230 placed types, 161 unplaced; all 25 weapon caches are unplaced.
• Trapjaw Rix: 34087, not 34787. Item entry 34787 is unrelated.
• Addon commands: require the addon to be enabled. Disabled addons still register some slash commands but cannot provide live data.

Admin note

This is the player-facing command and NPC index. Do not add staff-only commands to the player tables without a Staff-only label. The canonical sources are the command/security tables in Server/From_The_Ashes_Source/AzerothCore_Linux/src/server/scripts/Commands/, the live runtime configs under Server/runtime/configs/, and the static creature/item tables. NPC entries are templates; verify the creature spawn table before advertising a location.

Keep the following in sync when entries change:

• Trapjaw Rix is 34087; do not let a typo turn it into item entry 34787.
• Hex/boost guides are 750002–750009; boost NPCs are 732714–732721.
• Wintergrasp quartermasters remain unspawned until a real spawn is added.
• Ling, Warpweaver, and Master Reforger remain UI-first services; do not invent spawn locations.
• Well of Eternity and Hall of Thanes status must match 20 — Custom raids and endgame.
• Arena Commendation 844115 must stay labeled as a record item until a vendor or script consumer exists.
• .ip, .arena, .auctionator, .npcbot fix, /dloot add, and /dloot gmadd are not player commands. .ipstage get|set|cost are player commands.
